Service & KYC Agreement – Madhav Couriers and Logistics

This Service and KYC Agreement ("Agreement") governs your registration, verification, and continued use ofMadhav Couriers and Logistics.

1. Purpose of Agreement

This Agreement defines the rights and responsibilities of the Client and the Service Platform in connection with courier and logistics services.

2. KYC Verification & Document Usage

The Client is required to submit valid KYC documents including Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Proof, and Business Details. Any false information may lead to suspension.

3. Data Collection & Privacy

All user data is collected strictly for verification and compliance purposes and stored securely as per Indian law.

4. Shipment Restrictions

The Client agrees not to ship prohibited or illegal items. Any violation may result in account termination.

5. Payments & Billing

All charges are subject to applicable rates and taxes. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of invoice generation.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of India with jurisdiction inChandigarh.
